川崎病的診斷口訣（Kawasaki disease 或稱皮膚黏膜淋巴結症候群、川崎氏症、川崎病）

主要的診斷條件需要持續高燒超過五天並包括以下五種症狀的其中四種以上：四肢肢端有紅腫或脫皮的變化、各種型態的皮膚紅斑、兩側眼結膜充血、嘴唇口腔黏膜泛紅或裂隙或草莓舌變化、頸部淋巴結腫大。

r: rashes 各種型態的皮膚紅斑

oo:(象形，一顆顆淋巴結) 頸部淋巴結腫大

f: fever, 持續高燒超過五天(five days)；five,年紀＜5歲

m: mucosa嘴唇口腔黏膜泛紅或裂隙或草莓舌變化

e: eyes兩側眼結膜充血

hands: hands四肢肢端有紅腫或脫皮的變化

heart: 小心心臟病變

frog是「青蛙」，throat指「喉嚨」，have a frog in one's throat字面意思是「某人的喉嚨裡有青蛙」，實則用來形容某人「喉嚨不舒服」。類似的用法有：raspy、hoarse、have a sore throat.。這個俚語的來源有好幾種說法，最具可信度的解釋就只是因為喉嚨痛時，發出的聲音聽起來跟蛙鳴聲很像。
